Returns procedure

1. Send a Product Return Request e-mail within 14 working days of receiving the goods to assistenza@parise.it indicating:
   • Name and Surname of the user
   • Contact phone number
   • Collection address
   • The order information indicated in the order confirmation e-mail (order number, product code or model etc.)
2. Parise Compressori will contact you shortly to make arrangements for and agree on the time for collecting the product.
3. After the arrangements have been made, a courier will collect the product from the customer and forward it to Parise Compressori.
4. Within 14 working days of receiving the product, and once the integrity of the product delivered has been confirmed in accordance with section 6.4, Parise Compressori will issue a refund according to the procedures specified by current legislation.
5. This procedure also applies to requests for the replacement of a product with a different model.
